Refund & Cancellation Policy – Amari Gold

At Amari Gold, we strive to ensure complete transparency and satisfaction. Since our products involve gold and silver coins and bars, pricing is linked to real-time market fluctuations. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
 
1. Order Cancellation :
  1. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, as prices are subject to live market rates.
  2. Amari Gold reserves the right to cancel any order if:
  3. Payment is not received/verified.
  4. Incorrect or incomplete customer details are provided.
  5. The product is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons.
  6. In such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Returns & Exchanges :
  1. Due to the nature of precious metals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are delivered, except in the following cases:
  2. The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  3. The wrong product was delivered (different weight, purity, or item).
  4. Such issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos, order details).
3. Refund Process :
  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
  2. Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used.
  3. No cash refunds are issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
  2. Change of mind after order confirmation.
  3. Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  4. Failure to accept delivery from courier partners.
