Refund & Cancellation Policy – Amari Gold
At Amari Gold, we strive to ensure complete transparency and satisfaction. Since our products involve gold and silver coins and bars, pricing is linked to real-time market fluctuations. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation :
- Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, as prices are subject to live market rates.
- Amari Gold reserves the right to cancel any order if:
- Payment is not received/verified.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer details are provided.
- The product is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons.
- In such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
2. Returns & Exchanges :
- Due to the nature of precious metals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered (different weight, purity, or item).
- Such issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos, order details).
3. Refund Process :
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used.
- No cash refunds are issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Failure to accept delivery from courier partners.
